WICHITA, Kan. - On November 14, Newman's Athletic Director, Joanna Pryor, announced a contract with Blake Cripps to do play-by-play for athletic events.
 
Pryor said, "Blake is one of our biggest supporters. He has been with us for 7 years, 6 years as the voice of the Jets! He knows the coaches, knows the teams and we are excited we have the opportunity to continue to partner with Blake and continue to have him as the voice of the Jets!" In previous years, Newman athletics has contracted Cripps through Rocking M Media, but have now been able to cut out the middle man and go directly through Cripps.

Cripps will be doing live audio for men's and women's basketball, both at home and on the road.

The audio will be available to listen to on newmanjets.com. Just go to the schedule for the sport you're wanting to listen to and look for the "listen" button. If you click that, it will link you directly to Blake's audio stream.
