Last Time Out
Before the midweek, the Jets last played on March 8th against Pittsburg State in a doubleheader that saw the Jets drop both games. Game 2 was a heartbreaking extra innings loss where the Jets tied it in the bottom of the sixth inning on a Reghann Fairbairn single. The score would hold until the 10th inning when the Gorillas scored the winning run.
The Jets dropped both midweek games against Southern Nazarene. Once again, Game 2 saw the Jets tie the game in the bottom of the sixth, and with the score holding in the seventh inning, the Jets found themselves in another extra inning matchup. The Crimson Storm took a lead on a double in the eighth inning, and proceeded to score three more runs. The Jets went scoreless in the bottom half, ending the game.
Scouting the Jets
