EMPORIA, Kan. - Today's (April 10) scheduled softball doubleheader at Emporia State has been canceled, due to overnight rains and today's forecast. The Lady Jets and Hornets were scheduled to play a doubleheader today at 5 p.m.

Newman takes to the road this weekend for a three-game Heartland Conference series with Oklahoma Panhandle State. The series starts on Friday (April 12) with a doubleheader at 1 p.m. The series concludes on Saturday (April 13) at 1 p.m. with a single seven-inning game.  

NU rescheduled its doubleheader with William Jewell. The Lady Jets and Cardinal will play on April 16 at 2 p.m. in Liberty, Mo.
