NOTES
-While Newman is still searching for the first goal of its season, the Jets have not been held scoreless for three straight games since the 2013 season.
-UCCS, which is receiving votes in the latest NSCAA poll, has played two low-scoring games despite each team cranking off over 10 shots per game. The shots on goal have been low though, with just 16 combined over the two games thus far.
-A 4-2 game will help boost the stats, but SNU has allowed 41 shots and gotten off 23 themselves over their first two games. Opponents have put 23 of those shots on-goal, forcing 18 saves from keeper Hadlock.
